Road Patrol & Motor Unit

The Deputies assigned to Patrol Division are responsible for maintaining law and order within the almost 400 square miles of Wicomico County. Our deputies respond to the widest range of calls for police services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Patrol Division Deputies serve both our residents and daily visitors in both emergency and routine situations responding to an average of 40,000 calls for service each year. Whether it is traffic, criminal or civil in nature, you can rest assured our deputies will be there for you, day in and day out.
